    You guys rock! My last property management company rented my short term vacation rental home in Ponce Inlet for 1 week all of last year. Since turning the home over to Kim at Waverly Property Group I have been averaging over 2 rentals per month! Additionally, the rental income of my home for the months of February and March (Race week and Bike Week) were incredible! I could have never imagined that my property would rent for that much money. In these tough economic times, it is because of Waverly Property Group that I have been able to keep my home and keep up my mortgage payments. Kim, hats off to you and know how much we appreciate you.

    Waverly Property Group has been a god send for me. I purchased a home in Ponce Inlet in the Winter of 2007 and lost my job just a few months after. Waverly Property Group had the property rented out less than 2 weeks after signing the management contract. Had it not been for these guys, I would have been in foreclosure a long time ago. Even better, they walked me thru a loan modification process and assisted me on lowering my mortgage payments. Now the home rental revenue pays the full amount of the mortgage payment. I truly do appreciate all the help that you guys have given me.

    The perfect vacation rental home is “Ocean Spray”. Kim, you were “dead on” in your description of this home. Our entire family loved this home. I have rented vacation homes many times over and normally expect to get at least a little fluff from the rental agent. Again, Kim you were “dead on”! Absolutely no complaints from any one of us! We loved the Ponce Inlet area and even visited across the inlet as you suggested to New Smyrna Beach. What a lovely area. We will no doubt be back next year. Please say Hi to Ramara Garrett for us.

    My Daytona Beach rental home sat vacant for nearly 1 year with my old management company. I had a tenant paying $1,500.00 per month within 4 days of contacting Ramara Garrett at Waverly Property Group! These guys renewed my faith in property rental companies. They handle everything including the tenant application process, lease negotiations, collection of rental revenue and all tenant complaints!     Ok…..I’ll admit it. I used to be a horrible landlord. It used to be constant bickering, arguing and complaints from my tenants. I hated them and they hated me. Then I hired the pros at Waverly Property Group. Now my homes get rented quickly and THEY handle all complaints with their full time maintenance crew. These guys take care of my home rentals from Daytona Beach, Ponce Inlet and New Smyrna Beach. Thanks to Waverly property Group, investing in rental homes is fun again. Funny thing now is, I can actually visit my properties and my tenants actually like me! (:

    WOW! You guys provided us with the best vacation ever. I have tried several Daytona Beach oceanfront vacation rentals in the past and your rental, “Sea Oats Dance” is simply the best. I can’t understand why anyone would rent a regular oceanfront hotel room when you can get this wonderful home with all these ammenities and privacy, directly on the ocean for around the same price. Not to mention that you get 4 bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms and 2 full kitchens! Ramara Garrett and Kim Was were excellent host and took great care of our every need. Thanks again and we’ll see you guys next year!

    The folks at Waverly Property Group are the best….no question! Waverly took the time to help us find the right rental home. Our search started online from our home in New York and I know that we must have been the quite demanding type. Ramara Garrett took the time to show us what must have been every home in their inventory. We looked in Daytona Beach, Ponce Inlet, New Smyrna Beach and finally settled for our gorgeous pool home in Port Orange. I love our home and I love the guys at Waverly. Now, can I please have a discount on my rent? (:

    Thank you, thank you, thank you! The Waverly Team is awesome! There is no question that you guys offer the finest vacation rentals in Daytona Beach. The views from our direct ocean front home were incredible. When it comes to vacation rentals for the Coke Zero 400 or any other NASCAR race in Daytona Beach, you guys are the only choice. Just 10 minutes from the Daytona International Speedway to our 4 Bedroom, 3 bath, 3 car garage ocean front home. It does not get any better than that!

    Ramara, thanks again! It’s not often that I’ve thanked a landlord, but you guys have been truly great. Due to my profession, I’ve had to relocate quite often. Normally the landlords canned response when you have to break a lease is “NO”. You guys took the time to listen to my dilemna and immediately took action to re-lease the home for the owner. No loss for him and a “whew” for me. You have no idea how much I appreciate that. Take care and if you guys ever make it out to Maui, look me up. Waverly rocks!

    When I travel, privacy is of the utmost importance. Waverly’s staff understood this better than any other rental group that I’ve ever encountered. They hooked us up with an extremely private home rental directly on the ocean in New Smyrna Beach. This home was perfect for my friends and I. We loved our stay, we loved Waverly Property Group, we loved New Smyrna Beach and we loved Flip Flop’s Chill and Grill. If you plan to vacation or rent in New Smyrna Beach, you have to rent from Waverly and you have to eat at Flip Flop’s! Go Danny!

    After investing in rental homes for over 20 years in the Daytona Beach, Port Orange, Ponce Inlet areas, I had grown tired of managing my rental properties. Quite often, tenants will use the silliest excuses as to why they cannot or will not pay their rent. I won’t pay because my screen door is not exactly right, I won’t pay beacause the closet door does not open quite right, etc. In late 2006 I had enough. I told my wonderful wife of 32 years that we would sell everything and be done with it. I listed my properties with a very well known realtor that was advertising heavily in the Ponce Inlet area. Holy Moly…what a mistake! This guy knew more than Einstein himself! A real legend in his own mind. Problem was….he was wrong about himself. This guy could not sell himself out of a wet paper bag. What a waste of 6 months! Next stop….a competing local realtor with a non-franchise office in Daytona Beach Shores, a relatively new outfit by the name of Waverly Property Group. Their signs were starting to pop up around town so I figured what the heck. Upon meeting Broker/Owner Ramara Garrett, I knew immediately that her knowledge and honesty were unparalleled. She actually told me that the market was at a standstill and the only way to sell the rental homes would be to drop the prices way down in order to make them very attractive to investors. I could not beleive it. While other realtors were sending me mounds of junk in the mail to list my home and the original Einstein insisted on extending my listing, she did not want my listing. Instead, she argued that I should hold on and rent them out instead until the market steadied a bit. I explained how much I hated dealing with dead-beat tenants and their ridiculous complaints. She offered to manage our rental homes and we eventually agreed, but remained skeptical. WOW! What a difference in our lives. I cannot thank Ramara Garrett and the entire staff at Waverly Property Group enough. Immediately no more tenant complaints, no more collection headaches, no more evictions and no more maintenance calls in the middle of the night. Ramara and Waverly are both tops in my book! Thank you all!

    As a 27 year old struggling artist, I have never been lucky enough to own a home. I have always rented and had to deal with landlords that did not want to spend 10 cents on my rental. What a refreshing change with the guys (and gals) at Waverly Property Group! Their maintenance guy(Luis)is great. Always polite and extremely helpful. These guys are on their game. I would recommend Waverly to anyone looking for a rental home in the Daytona Beach area.

    Waverly Property Group has the best home rental selection in all of Daytona Beach, Port Orange, Ponce Inlet or New Smyrna. When I first started my search for a rental home, I contacted several area realtors including Waverly. The only one to call me back was Waverly’s Ramara Garrett. She took the time to show me dozens of rental homes until we found the one we loved. The staff at Waverly has been great to deal with and I can honestly say that I’ve never had one complaint.     Complaints about Waverly Property Group? Absolutely none! These guys are simply the best in their field. After scouring the Ponce Inlet area for a rental home with no luck, I met Ramara Garrett with Waverly Property Group. Ramara quickly found us a rental home that we loved.     I’ve been a physician in the Daytona Beach area for quite a while and have met and befriended quite a few realtors along the way. Because of this, I really struggled in my decision to hire one specific realtor as I know so many. While I really wanted to sell my riverfront property, I hated the thought of having to choose one specific realtor. I felt as if I would be upsetting the others. I contacted every realtor I knew and explained my dilemna. I told them all that I would gladly pay a selling and listing commission to whoever brought me a buyer,but would not be willing to list with them as to not upset the others. Jeez Lueez! How quickly I found out who my friends truly were. Only one, Waverly’s Ramara Garrett took up the challenge. Within 45 days of our original conversation, Ramara brought me an all cash offer!     Ramara, I have read all of these testimonials on rental homes and sales and am glad that all these folks feel like me. I would like to take a moment though, to discuss something that most Daytona area residents don’t know. The economic impact of Waverly Property Group’s home and vacation rental program to the area. I have discussd the numbers with your staff in the past and they are impressive. At various times thru out the year the vacation rental homes that you manage house up to 600 people. That’s as much as a relatively large hotel, which the area desperately needs. Most area residents do not realize that we actually have a shortage of beds during the bigger events. Those folks have to stay somewhere and because of the bed shortage, we lose their dollars to Flagler and Seminole Counties. We need Waverly’s vacaton home rental program to keep those dollars here. Additionally, your customer referral program helps local merchants tremendously. Our jet ski rental business can always tell when you guys are busy…how? Because we are busy as well. Your referrals make up a tremendous portion of our overall revenue and we would really struggle without them. Waverly, a sincere thank you from our entire staff.

    Your “Siesta Sands” vacation rental home is simply wonderful. Impressive square footage, privacy, ammenities and direct oceanfront. The rental home was very clean and well kept. The Ponce Inlet location was perfect with it’s home town charm and yet, extremely close proximity to the downtown Daytona Beach area. We will be back. Thank you Waverly Property Group!

    After all these rave reviews here on this site, I hate to be a party pooper, but I have a complaint for Waverly Property Group. I recently stayed at one of your vacation home rentals in Ponce Inlet and there were no where near enough beach chairs. The house itself was great and we enjoyed our stay. For next year though, can you please get us some more beach chairs?

    I have a complaint for Waverly Property Group too. There really is no stores to speak of in Ponce Inlet and as a vacationer, there are many things we forget. When we arrived at our Ponce Inlet rental home, we realized that we had no sunscreen. We had to drive several miles north to the Daytona Beach Shores Walgreens to get our SPF fix. You guys may want to consider giving at least a small sunscreen bottle away in your check-in package. Not really griping, just an observation. Other than that, I think that Waverly Property Group does a good job and has some fine vacation home rentals.

    Ramara Garrett with Waverly Property Group rented my Ponce Inlet rental home within 9 days of signing the management agreement. Ramara advertises Waverly’s rental home inventory heavily. I see Waverly Property Group advertisements everywhere. I now have a long term tenant and consistent income for my rental property.

    Just a quick note to thank you all for taking the time to show us around the Daytona Beach, Ponce Inlet and Port Orange area. Tom and I have decided on the Ponce Inlet rental home on S. Atlantic and look forward to working with Waverly and moving to your side of the world. It truly seems like paradise. We can’t wait to live on the beach.     Hello….I am currently looking for a rental home in either Daytona Beach or Ponce Inlet for the month of July. I have been on all the rental websites including Waverly Property Group’s. It seems that most of Waverly’s properties are direct oceanfront and therefore a bit pricey. Do you guys have or can you refer me to someone who has some off beach rental homes? I would like to be near the beach, not necessarily directly on it. We would prefer the area south of Dunlawton Avenue (Wilbur By The Sea, Port Orange or Ponce Inlet). We are on a budget in these tough economic times and need a deal.

    I am just now getting home to Orlando after spending the week at your vacation rental home “Siesta Sands” in Daytona Beach. I can tell you that today was the best Mothers Day ever! Our entire family had a blast. The rental home was awesome! The home is huge with plenty of open spaces. The kitchen is drop dead gorgeous. The views are incredible! I was so impressed. This really is the best rental home ever. I truly believe that Waverly Property Group has the best rental homes in the entire Daytona Beach area. Thank you so much Ramara for a fantastic week. Whenever you are in Orlando, give me a call and I’ll buy lunch downtown.

    I have read many posts recently by Waverly Property Group about foreclosure complaints and have a couple of questions. Hopefully, Waverly can answer my questions as my landlord will not. I have been renting the same rental home for nearly 3 years from what I thought was a great landlord. Just recently, right after renewing our lease for another year we were served with foreclosure documents. We are scared and don’t know what to do. Can you please give us some advice?
